Technical & Technical Usage Data

  • Third-party technology vendors providing secure cloud hosting, identity verification, document parsing, and CRM services under binding non-disclosure agreements.

Zero Commercial Data Monetization

  • VESTIX Financial strictly DOES NOT sell, rent, lease, trade, or monetize personal or corporate borrower data to third-party marketers, external brokers, or lead generation platforms.

4. SMS & Mobile Carrier Compliance (Mandatory)

Mandatory privacy protections regarding mobile numbers and text messaging communications.

Carrier Exclusivity & Non-Disclosure

  • No mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, or mobile contact data will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties, affiliates, or lead originators for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
  • Mobile contact data is restricted exclusively to direct deal updates, authentication codes, and requested support messages.

Messaging Parameters & Opt-Out Directives

  • Text messaging communications occur only following explicit affirmative opt-in consent provided during contact or loan application submission.
  • Standard messaging and data rates applied by your wireless carrier may apply.
  • You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying 'STOP' or 'UNSUBSCRIBE' to any message. Reply 'HELP' for immediate customer support.

  • Communications relate directly to commercial loan options, application status updates, and requested advisory services.

Voluntary Consent & Revocation

  • Consent to automated telecommunications is entirely voluntary and is NOT a required condition for purchasing or securing commercial financing.
  • You may revoke TCPA consent at any time by submitting a written notice to legal@vestixus.com or utilizing automated opt-out keywords (e.g., 'STOP').
